Perimeter LED panel with anti-collision cushion and soft padding strips

Built to be hit

A soft cushion strip across the face and a tilting bracket behind it let the panel absorb a sliding tackle. The module flexes, the cabinet does not crack.

Magnesium, so it can hang

A die-cast magnesium panel weighing 28 kg. Lighter panels mean a lighter steel rail — which matters when it has to run the whole length of a pitch.

Modules swap in seconds

Each 320 × 160 mm module is held by its own latches. A damaged module is released from the rear and replaced without disturbing the panels either side of it.

Locked and levelled

Cast alignment pins and a sliding support bracket keep a long run of panels flat and true, even when the ground behind it is not.

Installation & selection

Fitting it, and choosing it.

A perimeter system is really a steel rail plus a panel. Here is how the panels mount, and how to choose a pitch for the distance the crowd actually sits at.

Fixed perimeter

Panels bolt to a continuous steel rail running the length of the pitch, set back from the touchline.
Anti-collision front

A soft cushion strip and a tilting bracket let the panel give way under player contact instead of cracking.
Floor-standing / mobile

Wheeled or ballasted bases for courts, exhibition halls and temporary arenas.
